PTO Felsökning på fordonet:

Prestanda

Det första stället att titta när du felsöker en P.T.O. misslyckande är i själva ansökan.
Upprepad eller tidigt haveri kan vara ett tecken på en felaktig tillämpning.
Detta kan upptäckas med hjälp av
HY25-3000 / US Applications Catalogue.

Om P.T.O. korrekt specificerade och sedan misslyckats i förtid, finns det två troliga orsaker:

Felaktig installation och / eller operatör missbruk.
En felaktigt installerade P.T.O. kan normalt identifieras omedelbart av ljudet (Ljud) den gör.
• Det kommer att ”gnälla” ,"Slammer", ”Klicka på” eller ”Grind”
• Ibland, själva fordonet kan bidra tillräckligt buller att maskera ljudet av P.T.O. och man kan inte märker problemet

Om ett problem får fortsätta, skada på P.T.O. kommer resultera.

Gear Skador

PTO växel skador sker i allmänhet i tanden eller spline. De första delarna för att inspektera bör vara kugghjulen. Kontrollera ytan på kuggarna för tecken på gropfrätning. Gång gropfrätning av kugghjulsytorna har börjat, finns det inget som kan stoppa det. Ett annat möjligt problem under fordonets drift är ”stötbelastning”. Djupt nätmönster som orsakas av felaktig Backlash Justering. Slitna PTO växlar kan lätt påverkas av ”stötbelastning”. Om du försummar att ersätta kugghjulen som bärs, de så småningom kan leda till trasiga kuggar. Ibland kan en växel kommer chip en tand på grund av felaktig hantering eller felaktig växling. Undershifting tillåter ofullständig kugge kontakt med föraren växel. Detta innebär endast en del av tandbredden är överföring av vridmomentet och varv per minut. under P.T.O. drift.
