In een directe bevestiging van de hydraulische pomp wordt rechtstreeks aan de aandrijfflens van de PTO gemonteerde. Directe montage is de meest voorkomende vorm van PTO in de mobiele industrie. Een geraakt hoede wanneer directe montage van een pomp een aandoening bekend als shaft fretting. Dit is een snelle spline slijtage van de aftakas pompassen. Bieden een achterste pomphouder het gewicht van de pomp ondersteunen.

Soms is het niet mogelijk om directe montage van een hydraulische pomp, waarbij de pomp worden bevestigd met een op afstand houder werkwijze. In een extern gemonteerde de pomp vanaf de aftakas aangedreven vanaf de aftakas met behulp van een aandrijving samenstel. Solid shafting wordt afgeraden, omdat het niet kan worden gecompenseerd en kan trillen. Dit leidt tot schade aan de PTO en pomp asafdichtingen. Ondersteuning van de pomp

Chelsea raadt het gebruik van de pomp steunen (steunbeugels) in alle toepassingen.

Bij gebruik van een directe methode mount, in PTO installatie, gebruik een steunbeugel de pomp ondersteunen de transmissie wanneer aan de volgende voorwaarden:

De pompgewicht 40 pond of meer
De gecombineerde lengte van de aftakas pomp bereikt of overschrijdt 18 inch vanaf de aftakas aan de hartlijn van de pomp

OOK: Vergeet niet om de vrouwelijke piloot van de P.T.O pakken. pompas met vet voordat de pomp aan de P.T.O. (referentie Chelsea Smeervet 379688)

NOTITIE: Voor een goede bracketing, hechten aan 2 of meer transmissiekanalen bout locaties en 2 of meer pompen locaties. Contacttransmissie vervaardiging voor de juiste beugel montageplaatsen. Wees voorzichtig zodat de beugel niet vooraf laadpomp / PTO monteren.
